A very big white wine, fleshy, fat, round, and
graced with a beautiful mineral note. On the nose, linden
tree, acacia flowers and lime aromas signal a fresh and
pleasant, marked by gourmand white flower and vanilla
notes.
The wine can cellar for a good dozen years.
To be served with fish in sauce, charcuteries, tripes, veal
kidneys, andouillettes, chicken and lamb curry, goat and
brebis cheese, old Parmesan.
